iRealty maintains an integration with Agentbox that facilitates access and regular updates from your contact database to use with iRealty emails, SMS and lead forms. To establish this integration you will first need to request or generate a set of integration credentials, the required credentials are a client id and api key.

The best contact for requesting this is support@agentbox.com.au however you may have access to generate these from within your Agentbox account.

After your credentials have been generated you will need to navigate to the Integration page in your iRealty account and follow the steps below:

Select Agentbox from the list of contact integrators, if a contact integration already exists with another CRM please contact support to detach and clean your account before establishing a new feed with Agentbox:

Enter you Agentbox generated client id and api key into the provided fields and click Save details.

Once saved the feed will be established and an authenticate and request update button will be provided:

Your Agentbox and iRealty accounts are now integrated, your contacts will update daily but can be requested on demand from this same page.
