Our property management team is still very busy with no sign of the market easing at present. Jasmine Henjak ( Property management team leader) just welcomed a sweet little girl Ruby, so nice to have a new baby in the office!

A common error that property investors make is failing to register their property for land tax. This can commonly happen when you decide to rent out your primary place of residence and move into another property. Generally, land tax applies to all residential properties that are rented.
If you own a residential property that is rented, you are liable for land tax on that property. This also applies to boarding houses and multiple dwellings, including dual occupancies and granny flats that are rented.
