Recipe - Salt and peppered prawns with pineapple salsa

Great for a summer barbeque!

  • 800g green prawns, peeled leaving tail intact, deveined
  •  1 1/2 teaspoons sea salt flakes
  •  1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
  •  1/4 teaspoon Chinese five spice
  •  Pinch ground white pepper
  •  1 teaspoon sesame oil
  •  1/2 ripe pineapple, cored, peeled, finely chopped
  •  1 long red chilli, seeded, finely chopped
  •  1/3 cup coriander, coarsely chopped
